PAYMENT DISCLAIMER — SHADOW FOXTROT DIGITAL LLC
Payments made to Shadow Foxtrot Digital LLC ("Shadow Foxtrot") are solely for the retail sale or rental of personal experience items — which may include food, consumable supplies, and outdoor equipment. All such items are sold or rented, and possession is transferred to the participant, exclusively on private (non-NFS) land. Any pickup or delivery is coordinated in advance between the participant and Shadow Foxtrot and occurs only at locations outside U.S. National Forest System ("NFS") lands. For the avoidance of doubt, Shadow Foxtrot does not rent, lease, hand off, stage, or deliver any equipment or supplies on or to NFS lands. Participants are solely responsible for transporting, using, and returning any rented equipment.

These payments do not constitute payment for guiding, outfitting, supervision, instruction, protection, transportation, or any other service performed for monetary or other gain on NFS lands, as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. Forest Service regulations. No member, employee, agent, or representative of Shadow Foxtrot is committed or obligated to be present on NFS lands, or to provide guiding, supervision, instruction, or services of any kind, at any time. Shadow Foxtrot charges no entry fee, participation fee, or other consideration for the use of or access to NFS lands.

Renting or leasing equipment or provisions from Shadow Foxtrot is entirely optional and is not a condition of, or requirement for, participating in any program, including those offered by Majestic Mountain Ministries / TEAM Ascend. Participants are free to provide their own food and equipment meeting any applicable published gear standards, or to obtain comparable goods from any other source.
